Perth Cup Race Fall

A six horse fall in the Group 2 Perth Cup at Ascot in Western Australia on Tuesday 1/1/2008 left two of the horses with severe life ending injuries. Rosskaen was destroyed at the track after breaking a vertebrae in his neck and Laetare was destroyed the day after the race after fracturing his right shoulder.
