A class galloper himself and a full brother to outstanding racehorse and horse of the year Miss Andretti, Charlie Beau died instantly in a freak accident before yesterdays Roma Cup at Belmont. Whilst being unloaded, he reared and fell backwards, striking his head on the asphalt. He suffered a fractured skull and died instantly, 4th of June 2008.
