High Bubbles (AUS) broke down near the 600m mark and was retired from the race. She suffered a fractured off hind pastern and was euthanased on track, 18th of February, 2010.
I get quite frustrated when a few readers automatically assume this is an anti horse racing website. This could not be further from the truth.
